Class is held M-F. Class begins at 9am and will end around 4pm each day. The last Friday of class you will finish around noon.

What are the days/times of class?
Do you offer nights and/or weekend classes?
We currently are only able to hold classes during the day on Monday through Friday
Is the deposit refundable?
No, the deposit is neither transferable nor refundable. If needed, you may change the name of the student attending class.
Do you have a payment plan?
If you are a business owner payment plans are permissible case by case. Otherwise, tuition shall be paid prior to the first day of class.
After the three weeks will I be qualified to open my open business?
While our students advance at different paces, we encourage our graduates to work in the field for a minimum of six months prior to venturing out on their own.
What do I need to bring to class?
You do not need to bring anything to class. You may prefer to use your own tools and/or laptop.
Where do I stay while in town?
We have a housing link on our website. The least expensive is the Inn Towne Suites, approximately $290 per week. The Air BnB listing is a great option as well.
Do you offer the EPA certification?
What is the tuition?
Our tuition is currently $1950. This also includes your text book, the NASTeC, and the PSA certifications.
Which brands do you cover?
Our course is not brand specific. We have a variety of older and newer appliances. All makes and models.

Dyer Appliance Academy is a great place to start your appliance career.
I was looking for a place to gain comprehension of basic appliance operation and repair for all major home appliances. Dyer Appliance Academy allowed me to receive that and more. Dave was a good instructor and the course was very informative and helpful.

In just 3 short weeks Dave the instructor taught me and 5 other guys a plethora of information. Not only about appliances but also electrical all while keeping you laughing and interested. This course is definitely worth your time and money. I highly recommend this school and course.
I had a really great experience at this school. I learned a lot more than I expected. The instructor Dave, uses a more hands on approach. It is always more beneficial to learn from someone who has been in the field. The Owner Heather is also very involved and cares about the success of the students. I now feel well prepared to troubleshoot and repair appliances on my own. With the tools and knowledge they have provided me with, I have no doubt I will be a great asset to my company.
