I run an appliance repair company, and lemme tell ya — I’ve sent techs to Dyer Appliance Academy and they came back actually knowing what they’re doing. I couldn’t believe it! I send ‘em out clueless, they come back diagnosing sealed systems like they’ve been baptized in Freon.

Before Dyer, one of my guys thought “amps” was short for “amphibians.” I said “check voltage,” he pulled out a flashlight. Now? He’s out there quoting Ohm’s Law like he wrote it. Dyer turned my guys from walking liability waivers into actual technicians. It’s a miracle.

And the instructors? Eric could teach a toaster how to troubleshoot itself. No fluff, no filler — just real, hands-on knowledge with a side of "pay attention or blow something up." It's like boot camp for people who don’t want to get electrocuted.

Now I sleep better. My customers are happy, my callback rate is down, and my phone doesn’t ring after 9 p.m. unless someone’s cat is stuck in a dryer.
