  • What are the days/times of class?

    Our appliance repair fundamentals class runs from 9:00 AM to approximately 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The sealed systems class has a schedule of 8:00 AM to around 5:00 PM.
  • Where do I stay in town?

    We have arranged special rate offers with local accommodations, which are listed on our website. You can find links to Air BnB options and regional hotels at the top of this page.
  • Do you have a payment plan?

    Yes, we offer payment plan options. These are available at checkout when you visit our online shop to secure your class date. You can review the specific payment plan options there.
  • Do you offer nights and/or weekend classes?

    Currently, our main classes are held during weekdays from Monday to Friday. However, we do provide weekend classes specifically for sealed systems diagnostics and repair.
  • What is your refund policy?

    Refund requests made before attending class will be processed, minus the deposit. We'll refund via check or to the original payment method. Alternatively, you can transfer to a different class date without penalty. Deposits are only refundable if we cancel the class. For refund requests, please contact us at 817-222-0145.
  • After the training, will I be qualified to open my own business?

    While our graduates progress at different rates, we recommend gaining at least six months of field experience before starting your own business.
  • What do I need to bring to class?

    There's no requirement to bring anything to class. However, you're welcome to bring your own tools and/or laptop if you prefer.
  • Do you offer the EPA certification?

    We don't provide EPA certification. It's an online, open-book exam that can be taken independently. You can access the test online through the provided link.
  • Which brands do you cover?

    Our course is designed to be brand-neutral. We use a range of appliances, both old and new, covering all makes and models.
